The flat roof presents us with a solid and grounded structure that provides the opportunity to expand the Westcost lifestyle and relax. 

The open plan layout of the home from entry way all the way to the front porch and the infinity pool in the backyard creates an easy flow into the house. m+ Architecture l Interior Design team has generously created high ceilings which lends itself to the grand entry way, spacious living, entertaining and sleeping areas that are versatile and easy to flow. 

The extensive porch right next to the family room and kitchen becomes an extension of the living and cooking areas in the nicer months of the year alongside floor to ceiling windows all along the backyard view. 

Custom designed fireplace wall and the common areas’ millwork presents us with the opportunity to customize the living space freely and give a send of structure as a reflection of the architectural elements of the building.
