The proposed design involves tenant improvements for The Source Bulkfood franchises. M+ Architecture collaborated with the client to integrate corporate design elements into existing spaces and secure building permits. Each location presents its own unique design features and architectural challenges, enabling us to devise creative solutions while maintaining the desired aesthetic for the client. Throughout the tenant improvement phase, we closely coordinate with consultants and the construction team to ensure the design’s quality and the safety of the building are not compromised.
