As part of our architectural services, M+ Architecture collaborates with contractor and landlords to improve the building envelope for energy efficiency and enhanced indoor air quality. 

For our client, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, our efforts included extensive facade repairs, a change in claddings, and the installation of upgraded windows and doors. 

Furthermore, we worked closely with the client to refresh the overall aesthetic of their buildings, aligning with the corporate rebranding initiative at various locations, including Maple Ridge and Coquitlam, BC.
