m+ Architecture | Interior Design functioned this space to be multi purpose. 

As you walk into the space, one can see it is compromised of individual work stations and a café area serving as the business center. 

The interior design incorporates the latest technology into a bright and well laid out open plan.

Individual workstations within this open floor plan allow for separation and privacy while maintaining the maximum footprint of the space.

The individual pods or work stations are designed to accommodate smaller meetings and work areas with their own TV screens, all connected to a smart central system. 

Beautiful integration of the heating and cooling ducts into the design combined with suspended ceiling sections, and modern commercial architectural interior LED recessed lighting panels allows for an industrial vibe with a warm feel and creates an interactive atmosphere for social or business gatherings. 

The board room is connected to the café through bi-fold Nanawall – single track sliding glass walls.  The space lends itself to a flexible and innovative design, allowing an open and airy feel for privacy and separation of the space or use of one large open space, without compromising natural and interior light flow.

Glass throughout the interior design, including the café counter keeps the space visually open and clean with easy-to-see food and beverage choices.

Interior design colours create a sense of vibrancy, community and creativity. Thoughtful blending of colours throughout the space keeps consistency and clean lines.

Accent colours are strategically placed on walls, counter faces, and light tubes, and subtly framethe backlit signage menu.

Accent lines on the theme wall offer energy, vibrancy, artistic value and character to a bold color which sets a décor theme for the space.

Solid colour, such as used in the workstations promote warmth and privacy.

Tile colour chosen helps grounds the space.

Chrome trim on recessed lighting matches furnishings and other fixtures within the space.

Ample counter space in the café allows for large industrial coffee and cappuccino machines andplenty of storage within the menu wall for neat placement of product overstock.

Customer self serve station is designed separate from main café to ease congestion and promote a relaxed service experience.  

Carefully chosen furnishings on wheels allow for room resets to accommodate various meetingsetups or breakout sessions and boardroom tables have charging stations built in.

Windows throughout allow for spaces of reflection and quiet to unwind or prepare a scheduled agenda.
