West Van Family Dental

M+ Architecture successfully assisted a client in establishing a new dental office in West Vancouver. The existing building, characterized by an aged two-story wooden construction, presented an opportunity for transformation. Our scope of work included adding an extension to the building, facilitating a change of use from retail to office space, and enhancing the building envelope and appearance through a modification of cladding materials. These alterations were undertaken to accommodate a modern dental clinic spanning approximately 3,000 square feet. The project aimed not only to meet functional requirements but also to elevate the overall aesthetics and functionality of the building to suit the needs of a contemporary dental practice.
